* EMTBs / E-Bikes: The freight cost to ship ebikes will depend on your location due to the ebike weight and size of the box. Call us or email us for a freight cost to your location.
Some EMTB / E-Bike brands within Australia do not allow dealers to ship certain models interstate. If you are an interstate customer, call us to see if the ebike model you are interested in purchasing can be shipped from our store.
Delays may be experienced during unforseen events including but not limited to the remoteness of your location, border closures, weather events or freight company strikes or delays.
Click & Collect: You can collect at our store at no cost once your ebike is paid either via online or bank transfer.
Local Delivery: We offer Brisbane metro delivery within a radius of 30 kms of our store for a small fee.
All items are sent within 2 business day from our Brisbane store. If your ebike is ordered from the warehouse, allow 3-5 days for handling and dispatch.
Freight delivery times vary from 3-5 business days for interstate metro areas and 5-7 business days for rural and remote areas.
Unforseen delays may impact these estimates.
We will email your tracking information once your item has been dispatched.
For an additional fee, you can add freight warranty to cover your bike delivery for damage to the item during transit from our location to the shipping address. Freight warranty terms and conditions differ between various freight carriers and you must refer to their terms and conditions for freight warranty insurance.
Insurance does not cover damage to the packaging or authority to leave (ATL) items. Please note, when you give instructions for an 'ATL' or 'safe to leave' delivery option, your package is no longer covered by transit insurance. An ATL is given in the event of the receiver not being home to sign for the item. It allows the carrier to leave your item without obtaining a signature.
"On display to order" items listed on our Google storefront refer to items that are able to be ordered in-store and received by the customer within a 90-day window from the date of order.

We accept returns on any unused parts or accessories in its original condition within 30 days from purchase for an exchange, credit or a full refund (shipping and merchant fees excluded).
Unused parts and accessories in its original condition means: Unopened, uninstalled, in its box/packaging as it was brand new, so that it can return to our shelf and be sold to another customer as it was sold to you. All you need to do is return your items to us, in original condition, for an exchange, store credit or refund.
* We do not accept returns for:
- e-bikes if you change your mind
- e-bikes hired and/or purchased through the Studio 19 Rental Program
